We’ll handle the workouts, the plan, and the accountability—you just show up and take the next step.

How the Challenge Works

DATES: January 10 – February 21 (Both Locations)


Step 1: Weigh-In Day – January 10

  • Reserve your weigh-in time slot
  • Get your starting weight recorded privately with a coach
  • Meet the community you’ll be training with

Step 2: Kick-Off Meeting – Right After Weigh-Ins

  • Go over challenge rules, expectations & check-in process
  • Walk through your meal plan and nutrition framework
  • Learn tips for staying consistent when life gets busy

Step 3: Final Weigh-In – February 21 (No Later)

  • Check your total weight loss
  • Celebrate your work with the Peak fam
  • If you hit your goal… you choose your reward

Every class is scalable, every workout is coach-led, and you’ll never be doing this alone.

Automatic Renewal:
Membership renews to
$135/month on Feb 22 unless you cancel by Feb 8 or switch to another membership option.

Who This Challenge Is For

This 6-week challenge is a great fit if:

All workouts are fully scalable—whether you’re brand new to fitness, coming back after a break, or already consistent and needing a push, we meet you where you’re at.


  • Do I have to be “in shape” to join?

    Nope. This challenge is built for all fitness levels. Our coaches will scale every workout so you feel successful and safely challenged.

  • Are weigh-ins public?

    No. Weigh-ins are done privately with a coach so you can track progress without the spotlight.

  • What if I don’t hit the full 10 or 15 pounds?

    You’ll still gain strength, confidence, routine, and community—and you’ll still be eligible for bonus prize drawings through social check-ins and testimonials.

  • Can I cancel after the challenge if I’m a non-member?

    Yes. Just let us know  if you’d like to cancel or switch to a different membership option so your Unlimited plan doesn’t renew automatically.
