Bennett Black – Owner of Peak Physique | Director of Fitness
TPI Fitness Level 3 | B.S. in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine
Bennett became the owner of Peak Physique with a clear purpose: to create a results-driven gym where people of all fitness levels feel supported, challenged, and part of something bigger. With a background in competitive golf at Minnesota State University Mankato and a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, Bennett has spent years helping individuals improve performance, health, and confidence through fitness.
After growing a loyal client base and building a reputation in the golf fitness space, Bennett saw Peak as the perfect opportunity to expand his impact beyond athletes—into a full-spectrum fitness community. He purchased Peak to bring his passion for coaching, programming, and wellness into a space where progress is personal and the people are the difference.
Under his leadership, Peak continues to grow as a place where hard work meets fun, goals turn into action, and the support is unmatched. Bennett is proud to lead a team and community that helps people push past limits and feel their best every day.

Coach Crystal – Group Fitness Coach at Peak St. Cloud
Group Fitness Certified | TRX (in progress) | Wall Pilates (coming soon!)
Coach Crystal joined Peak in February 2023, determined to take charge of her health before 40 and inspired by watching her mom struggle physically. With a background in fast-paced, unconventional fitness—from roller derby to aerial training—she instantly connected with Peak’s constantly evolving workouts and supportive community.
After losing her mom unexpectedly in 2023, fitness became her escape—especially weightlifting. That passion turned into purpose, and in June 2024 she renewed her group fitness certification. By December, she was coaching her first class and hasn’t looked back.
She’s currently pursuing TRX and Wall Pilates certifications and loves guiding others as she continues to grow. Some of her favorite moves include sled rope pulls, Bulgarian split squats, core work, and headstands. Her personal goals? Pull-ups and bringing back her pistol squat jump!
As a mom of three, she’s especially passionate about helping families stay active together and showing kids that fitness can be fun, empowering, and lifelong.
Coach Kailey – Group Fitness Coach at Peak St.Cloud

Peak played a huge role in helping Kailey feel strong again, both mentally and physically, as she worked to lose baby weight after having two kids back to back. Now a mom of three, she’s passionate about helping others find joy and confidence in movement, just like she did.
Kailey is ACE Certified and holds a Nutrition Coaching certification, bringing a well-rounded approach to her classes. Her energy is warm, motivating, and rooted in real-life experience.
